'z nonu u brajdi' sem posnel ob morju v Ankaranu. Ob sončnem zahodu in ognju sem igral kitaro in pel ter improvizacijo posnel na majhen snemalnik. Zato se v ozadju sliši morje in ogenj.
Nato sem v svejem studiju posnel več glasno petje, boben in lesene grablje za seno na katere igram s palčko.
Tako je nastala pesem ' z nonu u brajdi'. Spontano, polna korenin in z občutkom starih časou. V čast naših prednikov.
PRISLUHNI MOJI GLASBI VSAKO POLNO LUNO : ) VSAKO POLNO LUNO BOM IZDAL NOVO GLASBO.

Roots and rustic sound. BIO music
Martis recorded ‘z nonu u brajdi’ (with grandma in the vineyard) first as a live jam sitting by the waters edge at the seaside. At sunset with a camp fire, he recorded guitar and voice on a small recorder. We hear the lapping of the waves on the rocks, the pops and cracks of the fire and people talking in the background.
Latter in the studio, Martis added the extra vocals that make up the choir, as well as a hand held drum and a stick across the rungs of an antique wooden rake.
‘z nonu u brajdi’ is a tribute to our ancestors and the old way of living. When the sugar flowed from grapes and the joy of working and living together as farmers.
The influence of steel guitar on genres like Delta blues and country has long been underrepresented; this compilation aims to set the record straight. Bandcamp Album of the Day May 5, 2022
